Terms of Service
Last updated 25 October 2026
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of WealthMaxx. By creating an account you agree to them. WealthMaxx is currently in private, invite-only testing. Full company details will be published here before public launch. Contact: admin@wealthmaxx.io.
Access
WealthMaxx is currently invite-only. Invites are personal and single-use. We may pause or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service.
Not financial advice
WealthMaxx and its AI assistant Maximus provide information and tools to help you understand your finances. They do not provide regulated financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Figures, forecasts and suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate. Speak to a qualified, FCA-authorised adviser before making financial decisions.
Your data and accounts
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure. Bank connections are read-only; WealthMaxx cannot move money. You can disconnect banks, export your data or delete your account at any time.
Acceptable use
- Don't misuse, reverse-engineer or overload the service.
- Only connect accounts that you're authorised to access.
Liability
- WealthMaxx is provided "as is" and "as available" while it is in private testing. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always accurate.
- We are not liable for any financial decisions you make using WealthMaxx or Maximus, or for any losses that result from them.
- We are not liable for inaccuracies, delays or gaps in data supplied by banks, Open Banking providers or other third parties.
- Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim. The service is free during testing, so this is currently £0.
- Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
