Who we are

WealthMaxx ("we", "us") provides a personal and business finance dashboard. WealthMaxx is currently in private, invite-only testing. Full company details will be published here before public launch. Contact: admin@wealthmaxx.io.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and sign-in information.
• Financial data you choose to connect or add: account balances, transactions, subscriptions, investments, property values and business figures.
• Access requests: name, email and the information you give in the request form.
• Basic technical data needed to keep the service secure, such as sign-in times.

How we use it

Only to provide WealthMaxx to you: showing your dashboard, categorising transactions, detecting subscriptions and powering Maximus answers about your own data. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Open Banking

Bank connections are provided by TrueLayer, an FCA-regulated provider. You authorise access in your own bank's app. We never see your bank login details. Access is read-only and lasts up to 90 days before you're asked to reconfirm.

AI processing

When you ask Maximus a question, only the parts of your own data needed to answer are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI models, accessed through Lovable's AI gateway) to generate the answer. We ask the provider not to store these requests, and your data is not used to train AI models by us. Your chat history is stored in your WealthMaxx account so you can revisit it, and you can delete it at any time.

Security and storage

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to your account. Bank access tokens are encrypted separately and never sent to your browser. WealthMaxx is hosted on Lovable Cloud, with data stored in a managed, encrypted PostgreSQL database (Supabase).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, export or delete your data. You can export or delete everything yourself from Settings, or contact us.

We'll tell you about meaningful changes to this policy by email or in the app.
